Meet Alex.

Alexandra Alcantara | Co-founder + CEO

Alex is an experienced graphic designer turned content producer who takes pride in every project she works on. Creatively engaging and challenging projects are her favorite. She loves seeing a project through from Script to Stage™.

She found her love for design, production, and concept work when interning at Sterling Brands from 14 years old. After graduating from The School of Visual Arts in NYC with a BFA in Graphic Design, Alex was hired at a Video and Creative Production agency in lower Manhattan as an intern, then Digital Assets manager and full-time designer. Here is where she was introduced to the live event industry. One taste of production life and she was hooked.

Alex went on to become a freelancer for the next decade. She put her all into the live event space and had a few “YES!” years that took her around the world. She has been behind the show curtain for companies such as Pfizer, Maybelline NY, IBM, Google, Youtube and many more as a PowerPoint operator, content producer, and graphic artist.

After a 10-year pursuit of happiness and self-discovery, she found a true partner in Crystal and decided it was time to dig deeper into creating something lasting. Always keeping the goal moving but enjoying the journey… looking for deep roots, connections, and establishing a way to give back to her communities and do more good in the world.

Outside of work she is also dedicated to her 5-year-old son Gotham, her high school sweetheart, husband Mark, and her menagerie of pets and farm animals. She tends a part-time garden homestead through the spring and summer months and reads and writes throughout the fall and winter. Alex thinks nerds are the bee’s knees and devours hours of news, documentaries, and articles from around the world. She is also an avid reader of adventure, mystery, YA, and fantasy books.
