About ruby + Citrine

We're a creative studio built around one belief: communication is a craft

We're a 12-person creative studio built around one belief: communication is a craft, and the highest-stakes deliverables deserve the most senior hands.

01 - Why Work With Us

Senior, embedded, and obsessed with the outcome.

Strategy first, design second.

Every project starts with the message — not the slide. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to find the throughline before we touch the visuals.

An embedded studio, on demand.

From a one-off keynote to a quarter-long event run, we plug into your team like in-house creative — without the headcount.

Script to Stage.

From the first narrative draft to the moment the lights go up — we own every step. Story, slides, speaker prep, run-of-show, and on-site graphics. The full live-event muscle most studios outsource.

Built for the moment that matters.

Board meetings, investor pitches, sales kickoffs, annual reports. The high-stakes deliverables are our specialty — not our overflow.

02 — How We Work Together

The P.O.W.E.R. rhythm we've used for a decade.

P

Pinpoint.

We start with a working session to understand the audience, the ask, and the outcome you need.

O

Outline.

We come back with a narrative arc, a structure, and a rough visual direction — before any polish.

W

Weave.

Story and design come together. Tight feedback loops with you and your stakeholders, two rounds of revisions baked in.

E

Elevate

Polish, rehearsal, and the small details that turn a good deck into a great moment.

R

Run it.

Final files, speaker prep, on-site support — whatever the moment needs to actually go well.

Two rounds of revisions baked into every scope.

One senior point of contact, end to end.

Final files in your formats — Keynote, PowerPoint, InDesign.

04 — F A Q

The questions we hear most.

What does typical engagement look like?

Most projects fall into one of three shapes: a single high-stakes deliverable (a board deck, an investor pitch, a keynote), an embedded sprint where we sit alongside your team for a few weeks of heavy lift, or an ongoing retainer for organizations that produce decks and content continuously.

How quickly can you start?

For most projects we can kick off within a week. For event support and major deliverables we recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead, but we keep capacity open for the genuinely urgent.

Do you work with our existing brand and templates?

Always. We start by absorbing your brand system and either work within it or - if you'd like - quietly elevate it. We never go rogue without a conversation first.

What's your pricing model?

Project-based for defined scopes, day-rate for embedded work, and monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships. We share a clear estimate after the first conversation, and we don't bill for surprises.

Can you support live events on-site?

Yes. Our event support team handles run-of-show, content control, last-minute slide changes, and presenter coaching from the wings. We've done everything from intimate board offsites to 1,500-person keynotes.
